Review: Gilmore Girls – Season 3, Episode 22 “Those Are Strings, Pinocchio ”
This episode (the finale of season 3!!!!!! WOO!! I’ve made it so far!) begins with a closeup of the Troubadour I forgot about until right this second. Now I’m cranky. Stars Hollow has a population of about 45 people – being the town “plays music on the street for money” guy can’t pay in a town that small. Go visit Broody in Venice, at least you have more foot traffic than the one horse town of Stars Hollow.
Review: Gilmore Girls – Season 3, Episode 21 “Here Comes the Son”
We open this episode with the girls hanging out at Weston’s, a place they like now that they no longer have to look the old lady they stole from in the eye (see: Lorelai and Rory eating all the cake samples without having any intention of buying a cake.)
Lane enters with the brochures to her reeducation camp college and she’s wearing an amazing cardigan with a rooster on it:
Rooster sweater for president.
Review: Gilmore Girls – Season 3, Episode 20 “Say Goodnight, Gracie”
This episode begins the morning after the punchy punchy fight fight moment from last episode. Lorelai is SO HAPPY that her daughter was at a party where there was underage drinking and a literal fist fight. She asks for details and Rory is all, “idk, dudes and hitting, nothing to do with ME or the ridiculous idiots I’ve been romantically involved with.” And she almost gets away with it until Luke slouches into frame. Seriously, dude walks like a hunchback.

Review: Gilmore Girls – Season 3, Episode 19 “Keg! Max!”
The girls begin this episode dealing with the grandparent fallout from last episode. They’re home and bored on a Friday night, while Judgy WASP Mom and Spacey Grandpa are “partying.” The girls act like they’re missing something but you know if Lorelai had been invited she’d be making snide remarks about how she doesn’t want to spend her Friday night talking to Muffy and Sterling about their annuity.
The Elder Gilmores’ party is just a bunch of rich people singing songs around the piano like its Downton Abbey and there is no electricity or TV yet so people had to talk to each other for entertainment. Or like that episode of Archer where everyone pretended to be the wealthy attendees of Mallory’s dinner party so she wouldn’t get busted for killing a dude in a really kinky sex game.

There are probably fewer butt plugs involved at Richard & Emily’s party.
Review: Gilmore Girls – Season 3, Episode 17 “A Tale of Poes and Fire”
I just started watching Difficult People on Hulu. Julie Klausner’s character says; “I’m so funny when I write mean things about TV shows. How come no one’s hired me to write for one?”

Too. Fucking. Real.
Review: Gilmore Girls – Season 3, Episode 16 “The Big One”
By the title, this episode is either about an earthquake or a penis. Or both. It could be about a guy with a big penis named Earthquake. Or about Big Dick Richie experiencing an earthquake.
